Second Vantage is the independent advisory practice of Jamie Harrison, based in Brisbane, Australia. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, how I use it, and your choices. If you have any questions, email me at jamie@secondvantage.com.au.
When you contact me. If you use the contact form, I collect what you enter: your name, email address, organisation, phone number (if you choose to give it), the service you're interested in, and your message. If you email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you visit the site. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how it's used - which pages are visited, how people arrive, roughly where they are (country or city level), and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It doesn't tell me who you are.
I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list or marketing sequence. If I ever send anything beyond a reply to your enquiry, it will only be with your agreement.

These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. I don't otherwise share your information unless I'm required to by law.
I keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as I need them to respond and, if we work together, for the engagement and any record-keeping I'm required to do. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
If you have a concern about how I've handled your information, please contact me first at jamie@secondvantage.com.au and I'll respond as quickly as I can. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
